The Conservation Hut café is located at the Valley of the Waters, Wentworth Falls NSW within the beautiful World Heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park.

We are Open 7 days a week for breafast, hearty lunch's, tasty snacks and great coffee. During the summer months we extend our trading hours on weekends to offer a sunset dinner service. We offer a wide range of dishes to suit every appetite and have a large range of gluten-free and vegetarian options on all menus.

Come and dine on our large open verandah and enjoy the stunning views of the Jamison Valley or retreat to our intimate and very private smaller back verandah for those quieter moments. Inside The Hut there is an expansive floor area that can accommodate larger numbers making us an ideal venue for family celebrations or group functions.

Join us for dinner in the summer months and take advantage of the spectacular sunset over the valley.

The Hut is recognised for it's great food and service receiving the 'Award for Excellence' from Blue Mountains and Oberon Tourism in the restaurant category and 'Finalist' in the Restaurant and Catering Awards for Excellence, Cafe Restaurant category. The Hut has also been featured on Channel 7's Sydney Weekender Program.
